The 77th Republic Day of India was celebrated with great pride and patriotic fervour at the college campus on 26 January. The programme was organised with the active participation of students, faculty members, and staff, reflecting the spirit of unity and national pride.
The former Joint Director, Directorate of Collegiate Education, was the Chief Guest for the occasion. The celebration was further graced by the presence of the College Secretary, Mr. Biju Chacko, along with the management, principal, faculty members, and students.
The programme began with the hoisting of the national flag followed by the singing of the National Anthem. In his address, the Chief Guest highlighted the significance of the Constitution, democratic values, and the responsibility of youth in nation-building. Mr. Biju Chacko, Secretary, also delivered an inspiring message emphasising discipline, integrity, and social responsibility among students.
Students presented cultural programmes, patriotic songs, and speeches that added colour and enthusiasm to the celebration. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and refreshments, leaving everyone inspired by the ideals of the Republic.
