The Cell provides platform for the students about
the best career and placement opportunities and scope of every career and
placement options to upgrade the horizon of the students to the next level in a
safe and secured environment.
The
Career Guidance and Placement Cell of St. Thomas College of Arts and Science
plays a pivotal role in equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and
exposure required to make informed career choices. It actively organizes a wide
range of career guidance programmes through Industry–Institute collaborations
and expert interaction sessions, enabling students to explore diverse career
opportunities across sectors.
The Cell
also conducts guidance sessions on higher education pathways such as CA, ACCA,
CMA, CS, MBA in Logistics and Shipping, B.Ed, and preparation for competitive
examinations like IAS and UPSC. Eminent resource persons from reputed
institutions and various industries are invited to train students, preparing
them to face placement processes and future career challenges with confidence.

organizations such as Integrated Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Besant Technologies,
Shriram Finance, Omega Health Care, HDB Financial Services, Altruist
Technologies, V4U, and Magic Bus India Foundation. Regular placement drives,
pre-placement talks, and on-campus training sessions reflect the trust these
organizations place in the institution’s talent pool.
Placement

sectoral diversity, covering IT, BPO, BFSI, retail, logistics, and non-IT
