It functions under the guidance of Principal, and comprises Management Representative (MR), Vice- Principal (Shift 1 & Shift 2), Dean-College Affairs & Chief IQAC coordinator, teaching and non-teaching staff of St Thomas college of Arts and Science. Its main focus is on process improvement, and quality. It establishes credibility and trust to the organization.
